I’m Dr Lisa Colledge.
I'm the founder of Lisa Colledge Consulting and a globally recognized thought leader in neurodivergence-inclusive leadership and the strategic use of metrics to motivate change. Recently named one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs Shaping the World, I combine a scientific doctorate and Masters degree with decades of real-world leadership experience across cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
When my son was diagnosed as autistic, I stepped up to lead a global, corporate neurodiversity network and realized the potential that neuro-inclusive leadership has to transform the workplace—not just individuals, but for entire teams. When I started applying what I was learning to work, the results came fast: sharper decisions, stronger engagement, better performance, and lasting resilience.
Today, I help ambitious leaders build high-performing, future-ready teams by designing neuro-inspired cultures where every mind can contribute, and every strength is unlocked.
"Neuro-inclusive design is a shortcut to more engaged cultures, stronger performance today, and the resilience to keep winning tomorrow."

Personal insight to professional mission
In 2021, I learned that my son’s developmental challenges were caused by autism with learning difficulties. Getting the diagnosis was a relief. It gave me a roadmap, helping me understand the roots of his behavior and how the important people in his life could better support him. Small, conscious changes in how we engaged with him made a huge difference, ultimately enabling him to learn to speak.
As often happens, the universe opened a door. A colleague introduced me to the Enabled employee network, which championed inclusion for people with disabilities. It was the perfect platform to raise awareness of neurodivergent talent and I was astounded by how many people connected and how deeply they responded.
That community gave me something more: the opportunity to test the impact of neuro-inclusive leadership behaviors in a corporate setting. I was completely unprepared for what I observed: I expected to help a handful of autistic team member, but the results were universally transformative and they scaled beyond any one individual. Neurodivergent employees thrived. So did everyone else.
Those experiences led me to launch this business. Neuro-inclusion isn’t a nice-to-have skill—it’s a leadership capability you can develop. It is a shortcut to building more enabling, engaging, high-performing workplaces for everyone.
I want to build a world where everyone has a fair chance to contribute their unique value and be recognized for it.
